Before the meeting • Start with the assessment
NEXTGEN participants and mentors are both invited. Complete both parts of the assessment on your own before the meeting. You’ll each receive your own personal report, with useful ways to compare your approaches during the session. Jeff’s discussion questions are for the meeting, after the assessment.
Mike Baker manages access to class results and prepares the session with Jeff Conroy. We’ll ask for your name and role before you begin.

Community health & Human First leadership
CEO, Heritage Health · Creator, Mike Baker HQ
Mike’s Human First approach to leadership starts with paying attention to people and taking their experience seriously. That includes owning the impact of your decisions. As CEO of Heritage Health, a nonprofit community health center serving North Idaho, he works to make care more accessible and support the people who provide it. He believes people deserve to feel heard, especially when asking for help is hard.
Through Mike Baker HQ, he explores that same commitment in his Human First books and Still Here, Still Trying podcast. His work also includes music and art, along with women’s health advocacy shaped by his family’s experience with endometriosis. Mike uses AI across his creative work and loves exploring what it helps him make. He brings that curiosity to conversations about how technology affects our lives and how we stay connected to each other.

This informal reflection describes your own observations. It has not been validated as a personality or leadership assessment, and scores do not compare you with other participants.
For style, choose what feels typical. For leadership practices, think about the last six months and use recent examples to support your answers. A higher style score does not mean a better leader.
With your agreement, completed responses and reflection notes are saved for Mike Baker, who manages access and uses them to print profiles and prepare the session with Jeff Conroy. Other participants cannot view your results. Unfinished answers are saved as a draft in this browser when storage is available.
